Management and Leadership

To get back to study, to study in itself when you have a family, your kids are small, your wife had a surgery and you were probably to have one, it is challenging but what would life be if it weren't for the challenges. I am trying to get back to the rhythm with my classes, I hope this week will be better, for my own sake. On the other the semester is about to finish, and I have to think in how to pay my fee. It is not much but for me and my family it became a huge giant.  But will all the things I am learning in this course I will fight back. I had to think on better ways to improve my income besides my soda selling, I do it whenever I have the chance but not to the rhythm I was getting used to but right now i have like $40 in Sodas to be sold this week. I think this week will be more relaxed I hope so, I want to believe it. I hope no to be doing homework on Sunday, at least during the week I want to do them before time. I fell many time from my chair, many night not sleeping to catch up again with all the unfinished assignments I had and I still have in my 5 courses and 12 credits I am taking. The result is this

this is my other small business besides my soda selling, it is part of my $100 business, after the possible surgery I may have and the appointments with the doctor this last week, not for my wife but now for me, this is the result and I feel extremely motivated to keep on going, It is not easy, it is killing me but I am 42 I will not be this late young forever, the winter is my life is coming where no soda I would be able to sell or business to run I have to hurry. That is why the lessons I learned this week are so valuable. It was kind of a wake up call and reassurance to my life experience to learn the difference about "Managers and Leaders"

1. What are the Saviors attributes that President Kimball describes?
Jesus knew who he was and why he was here in this planet, he operated from a base of fixed principles or truths, He walked and worked with those he was to serve, he kept himself virtuous, he was a listening leader, Jesus was a patient, pleading, loving leader, he was able to level with them, to be candid and forthright with them, Jesus saw sin as wrong but also was able to see sin as springing from deep and unmet needs on the part of the sinner, his leadership was selfless, he emphasized the importance of being discerning with regard to others, without seeking to control them, he had perspectives about problems and people, Jesus knew how to involve his disciples in the process of life, Jesus was not afraid to make demands of those he led, Jesus gave people truths and tasks that were matched to their capacity, Jesus taught us that we are accountable not only for our actions but also for our very thoughts, and he also taught us how important it is to use our time wisely.

Pick one and describe how you would demonstrate as a leader in a business?
I will try to be like him. someday I may do it but I would probably will not be aware of it but the people around me.
I wanted to copy my answers to the question number 1 for what I learned as I mentioned before it was really valuable
I will someday on the other hand be emotionally healthy totally, sometimes in spite of our strength we get discouraged easily, Something that keeps me motivated is to know that I was allowed to survive a surgery in my very early years out of 10 hydrocephalus baby patients I survived, so life for me is a blessing, and opportunity. Someday I will know why.
